It can serve as the foundation for larger modular systems, supporting up to 16 modules in parallel to increase current and capacity.
P4X Modules are available in two capacities and with Passive Cooling realised by an smart thermal path design. The P4X passive cooling works through an optimised thermal path in the P4X design, using advanced heat conductive technologies, like thermo conductive plastics and gap filling technology.

The Cleantron GX is an advanced Li-ion battery module designed for scalability and modularity in Voltage and Capacity. It is engineered for applications requiring mechanical integrity, IP rating, C-rates and scalability in Voltage and Capacity.
It is suitable for Electric Mobility, Industrial applications, as well as, Agricultural, and Construction equipment. The GX module serves as the ideal building block for modular systems, adjusting multiple [X] modules in parallel for higher currents and capacity, and multiple [Y] modules in series for higher voltage.
The GX Module is available with a capacity of 5.9 kWh (at least 5.5kWh effective capacity).
Those modules are enabled for the latest immersion cooling technology. Here the cells can be immersed in a coolant liquid that runs through a channel between the cells. This coolant liquid can also be used for heating the cells. Alternatively, the modules can also be used without immersion cooling and resistive heater elements for heating the cells. This largely depends on the application and the use case of the battery system.

The Cleantron Battery Management Unit (BMU) is a central processing, protection and control unit designed for both low voltage <60VDC and high voltage applications. The BMU is designed to meet safety standards compliance like the ISO26262 and IEC61508 for automotive and industrial applications. Additionally, special attention has been given to ISO13849 compliance for machinery applications.
The BMU also offers advanced thermal management and control based on measurement data, state estimation and control algorithms for safe and optimal usage of battery modules.
Based on the battery module voltage, several modules can be stacked in series up to 1000 VDC. For GX 2S (48V) modules, a maximum of 16 modules can be stacked in series. For GX 1S (24V) modules, a maximum of 32 modules can be stacked in series. This is defined as a HV string.
Although customizable due to its scalable design, up to 2-4 HV strings can be connected in parallel to the BMU. The BMU can have a current rating from 100A to 600A.
