The exhibition Power2Drive showcases technologies for electric vehicles and reflects the interaction between electric vehicles and a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy supply. It is an industry hotspot for suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and start-ups in the emerging field of electric mobility and transportation.
The Noah is world’s first circular Car. Designed by Eindhoven University it is mostly build from recyclable & organic materials and weighs only 350kg. It is equipped with modular batterypacks from Cleantron (15kW) and reaches a topspeed of 100 kph.
Lina:
Lina is a four-seat efficient electrical City Car. Lina weighs only 300 kilograms which is realized using a structural bio composite material. This material is comparable with carbon fibre, but more than 90% biological. Lina’s chassis is based on a sandwich construction, realized by pressing two composite sheets against a 95% biological honeycomb PLA.

Battery Pack:
Lina is equipped with three 48V 1,9kWh lithium-ion battery packs from Cleantron. The Portable Batteries have a high energy density, are lightweight and are therefore easy to swap. A feature making Lina also future proof are the NFC tags in her doors; Lina can be unlocked with your smartphone. This enables the car to recognize the user and adapting to the user’s personal settings like a music playlist or phone contacts. These features make Lina perfect for Car Sharing Services. Lina is developed by the Ecomotive team of the University of Eindhoven and will be driving in 2017.

Cleantron participates at the IAA Frankfurt Motorshow. You can visit Cleantron in Hall 3.1, the New Mobility World. Please note that this futuristic Hall is only open on September 12 and 13 for invitees and open for the general public from 14 -17 September. Cleantron will show Lithium-ion Batteries for Light Electric Vehicles and novel Automotive concepts.
The mobility of the future will be quite different. New mobility-based services – emissions-free drive systems and innovative last mile delivery systems are all driving this change. The New Mobility World provides a platform that builds bridges. Bridges between global companies, established manufacturers, suppliers, innovators and technology businesses, as well as the media and the general public. The 67th Frankfurt Motorshow takes place from 14 – 24 September.
Cleantron supplies the Cleantron P4, a lightweight Lithium-ion BatteryPack for STELLA the Shared Use Platform of the City of Stuttgart. STELLA is using Emco e-Scooters with easy exchange portable Batteries. This way these green and fun to drive Light Electric Vehicles can be operated in an Urban environment without Charging Infrastructure.
