Cleantron launches new CLP XL battery for off-highway

Electrifying construction machinery requires more than adapting automotive battery technology. Machines operate in harsh outdoor environments, face strict space and weight constraints, and are often produced in limited volumes. For OEMs, this makes battery selection and integration one of the most complex aspects of electrification.

An outdoor, rugged and swappable battery 

With the introduction of the CLP XL, Cleantron addresses these challenges with a battery system specifically designed for construction and off-highway applications. The modular lithium-ion battery combines rugged mechanical design with the flexibility required to support a wide range of machine architectures.

To support faster and more manageable electrification projects, Cleantron works in close partnership with TVH, a global supplier of parts and accessories for construction equipment.
