Client Challenge: Scale, Without Reinventing the Battery Each Time
Before partnering with Cleantron, Headley Studios relied on tailored battery packs built for each individual car. This approach worked well for a limited use case, and therefore caused development blockades.

Solution: Flexible Battery Architecture for Performance and Versatility
We engineered and manufactured for Hedley Studios a performance-oriented vehicle 48V power supply system based on our proprietary MPC (Modular Power Core) architecture. This architecture allowed for scaling using Cleantron’s P4X module, enabling Hedley Studios to reuse the same system across multiple projects.
